cableknit purse

This is my first cable knit purse. and some of it's stages. I've been lusting over making one of these for awhile now. I don't know if I'll wear it in green or not but I'm pleased withthe results. Now back to baby blanky from hell now that my cute cable knit distraction is completed.

Intro

hello all. I've just started this to document my fav geeky hobby. Ive only been knitting for a year and would like a place to document all my projects. Knitting has helped me connect with people I never would have in othe facets of my life, helped me relax, meditate and i think it's helped my dexterity. Perhaps I will be a surgical nurse after all. I certainly hasn't helped with my serious typo probelm or handwriting though.
